What’s your special button?
A new feature in KwiClick is the ability to define your own hotkey shortcut to run a search. It’s a quick time saver similar to hitting ALT+Tab on a Windows computer. If you’d like to search the active website you are viewing, you can define a shortcut for that as well. So, if you think the keyboard is mightier than the mouse, use a shortcut!
Here’s where you adjust this setting from the options panel:

A major update for KwiClick is now available for download and includes a number of items that we’ve been working on for the past few months. This update includes:
Site Specific Search Provider – add any site into KwiClick for immediate searching.
Country specific searching – Would you rather use KwiClick to search on Google.es, Google.fr, or any of the other local country search engines Google provides? Now you can.
Reorganized options panel – We made the options panels a bit easier to navigate by further grouping similar items together, and removing redundant items.
Default provider is first favorite - Whenever you drag a provider to the lest most position on the favorites bar, it becomes the default provider. Much easier to assign a default this way.
New dictionary provider – Highlight a word and get the definition with a single click. Easy. Straight-forward.
There are also a number of other tweaks and enhancements under the hood that should make for a smoother experience.
